Riding a season-long four-game winning streak, the Hutchinson Community College men's basketball team looks to keep rolling with a Saturday road trip.
The Blue Dragons (10-5, 6-3, KJCCC) travel to play the Pratt Beavers (8-6, 4-4 KJCCC) at 4 pm. at the Dennis Lesh Sports Arena in Pratt.
Saturday's game will be broadcast live on Blue Dragon flagship station KHUT-FM (102.9) and on sister stations KWBW-AM/FM (1450/98.5) beginning at 3:45 p.m. with Sean Boston (play-by-play) and Daren Dunn (analyst) calling the action. The game will be streamed live on the Beaver Sports Network, a pay-per-view service.

The Blue Dragons captured their fourth victory in a row with a win over a second-straight NJCAA Top 10 opponent after defeating No. 5 Butler 73-70 on Wednesday in El Dorado. Freshman Bo Aldridge posted his first career double-double to lead the Blue Dragons with a career-high-tying 22 points on a career-best 11 rebounds. Aldridge was 8 of 11 from the field and tied career highs with four assists and three steals. Defensively, the Blue Dragons held Butler to a season-low 31.2 percent shooting.
The Blue Dragons are tied for fourth place in the Jayhawk Conference with Barton at 6-3, two games behind first-place Cowley. Pratt is in seventh place in the league with a 4-4 KJCCC mark.
Previous to last Wednesday's loss at Coffeyville, the Beaver offense was sizzling in a three-game win streak over Barton, Fort Hays Tech Northwest and Colby. Pratt averaged 88.0 points per game in those three wins.
But on Wednesday, Pratt trailed Coffeyville by four points at halftime, but was outscored by 14 points in the second half in an 81-63 setback to the Red Ravens in Coffeyville. Jarrett Dingle had 19 points, Khasen Robinson had 14 points and Joseph Opareke had 12 points for the Beavers.
Saturday's game is the 182nd all-time meeting between Hutchinson and Pratt. The Blue Dragons lead the series 153-28. The last nine meetings have been particularly high scoring. Over those nine games, the Blue Dragons have averaged 105.3 points per game and has reached 100 points in seven-straight games. Pratt has averaged 97.6 points. The Blue Dragons are 6-3 against Pratt in the last nine games.
