BLUE DRAGONS TO HEAD FOR LITTLE ROCK THURSDAY

The final and most exciting road trip of the 2020-21 season starts Thursday morning for the No. 1-ranked Hutchinson Community College football team.
Led by a police escort by the Hutchinson Police Department, the Blue Dragons will head for Little Rock, Arkansas and the NJCAA Football National Championship Game.
No. 1 Hutchinson (7-0) takes on No. 2 Snow College (8-0) at 4 p.m. on Saturday at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock. The game will be broadcast live on Blue Dragon flagship station KHUT-FM (102.9) and on sister stations KWBW-AM/FM (1450/98.5) at 3 p.m. on Saturday. CBS Sports Network (Cox Cable Channel 260) will televise the game.
The Blue Dragons are scheduled to load the busses at 6:45 a.m. and depart from the Rion Rhoades Family Football Complex at 7 a.m. Thursday.
The route out of the city will take the Blue Dragon caravan from the west Sports Arena parking lot, east on 11th Avenue to Airport Road, then south to Yoder and K-96.
The Blue Dragon Athletic Department is inviting fans to line the route and wish the Blue Dragons well as they depart for Little Rock to play for the first national football championship in program history.
The Blue Dragons will work out at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville on the way too Little Rock on Thursday. The Dragons will practice at War Memorial Stadium on Friday and then meet Snow on Saturday.
