Amanda Beadle is in her fourth full season as Hutchinson Community College’s Head Athletic Trainer.
Beadle came to Hutchinson after a long and successful career at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas, Amanda Beadle.
Beadle started with the Blue Dragons in February of 2016.
In HutchCC’s restructured Sports Medicine Department, Beadle oversees the day-to-day operation of the department for the Blue Dragons’ 12 intercollegiate teams.
Beadle has spent the majority of her career at Southwestern College. She became the Moundbuilders’ assistant athletic trainer in August of 2006 and spent one year in that capacity before being promoted to Southwestern’s head athletic trainer in 2007.
Before Southwestern, Beadle spent two seasons (2004-06) as an assistant athletic trainer at Butler Community College in El Dorado. She was an intern at Dodge City Community College in 2004.
Born in Dodge City, Beadle graduated from Dodge City High School in 1999 and from Dodge City Community College in 2001 with an Associate of Arts Degree. She earned her Bachelor of Physical Education with an emphasis in Athletic Training from Southwestern College in 2003.
Beadle owns a pair of dogs – Reece and Tess; and a cat – Winnie.
